THE FIREBALL OVER AMERICA VISION

In August 23, 2004, Oral Roberts shared a vision on Benny Hinn's program. He not only saw a great move of God, but also saw some other things that were coming that would make 9/11 look like a picnic in comparison.
If i am not mistaken, he saw a huge fireball go over America, where every American saw it, but He said, that it did not touch the ground, and then spread over the entire world. This event is to be a "wake up call" to God's people.
He went on to say, this was an awesome attack on America, which God would somehow difuse, yet it would spread out over the entire world.
Strange, huh. Supposedly, the catching away of the saints would follow after this event. These are not my words, but his.I do not have the full vision here, but found an excerpt of it on the internet when i searched for it.
So if any of you who are reading this right now have the 2004 Oral Roberts prophecy/ vision from the Benny Hinn program, i would like to ask, that if you are already a registered member on on one of our forum sites, to please post it so that we can see the whole thing. Or you may also respond with comments on the blog. It would be much appreciated.
Also, a friend of mine sent me a few links to a minister (friend of hers) , who has a radio program on endtime events just days ago, and it plays on Windows media player.
When i listened to some of it, he began to talk about a huge massive
fireball that was going to come over America and also relates the story about a young boy who went to his teacher at school and told her that he saw a huge fireball in his dream that was going to come over America.
He said that the people in America would all see it and that they could not respond, nor do anything as the fireball seemingly was coming right towards them.

ORAL ROBERTS' PROPHETIC WORD/
VISION OF AUGUST 2004

On Benny Hinn's "This Is Your Day" television programs broadcast on Friday, August 20th, and Monday, August 23rd, 2004, Oral Roberts related a vision that God allegedly gave him regarding the future. In vision he supposedly saw the coming fulfillment of Acts 2:17-21:Acts 2:17 (NIV)
'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
Acts 2:18 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
Acts 2:19 I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
Acts 2:20 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
This blood, fire and smoke he saw first in the atmosphere over America, and every American heard and saw it, but he said it did not touch the ground, and then it spread over the whole world.
This event is to be a "wake up call" to God's people. In the August 23, 2004, program, he interpreted this as an awesome attack on America, that God diffuses and spreads over the rest of the earth, and the September 11, 2001 attack on the twin towers was a "mere drop in the bucket".
Following this, God supposedly revealed to Oral that the rapture of the saints would occur, to be followed by the rise of the Antichrist, the Mark of the Beast, Armageddon, and then the second coming of Christ.

Now here is a letter that came into today, concerning the fireball visions that people are having. After reading this you will see the connection and it shows briefly, more of what might actually happen.
I saw a couple of other articles and one from InJesus.com, but did not post them here, because they seemed to be more of a counterfeit of the real. The Lord usually does make it very clear to me when something is a counterfeit.
However, the letter below that came in did bear witness to the spirit, so i wanted to share it with you here this evening.

Just want to share and comment on the "fireball"While in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago I had a vision of a fireball descending from heaven toward the earth. It did not hit the earth, it started out small, but got larger as it got closer to the earth.
As it got closer it disintegrated and spread out like a mushroom cloud and spread over the earth.When I returned home I had an email from another Pastor in the church who says that he had a similar vision in service the previous Sunday.
I have heard the word fire, or fireball from different pastors and prophets. In our church utterances, have come forth words such as "consumng fire", "rain of fire", and "cleansing fire".
I have been sensing that God is about to send a "purification fire" upon the earth that will let man know that He is God, but will also set some things in order for the body of Christ.

THE DREAM OF THE BABY RABBIT

The vision/dream of a baby rabbit on a white cloth:
The other night when i dozed off to sleep. The Lord showed to me a newly born baby rabbit, and as i looked at it, i wondered and then woke up. As i pondered this the Lord spoke to me, and here is what He said.
First, the rabbit is a speedy animal....and the baby rabbit meant "rapid muliplication" that was coming for those in the Body of Christ who are obedient to the Spirit of God.
Also the baby rabbit grows very quickly which means "exponential growth."When i was a teen-ager, i used to raise rabbits also in the natural and know that they are some of the fastest producers of litters and the litters of babies can become overwhelming, because the mother rabbits have such a short gestation period.
And just about the the time that the baby rabbits are old enough to eat food on their own, then the mother rabbits are already pregnant again.
So people, what the Lord has shown and has promised is to us is coming and it is coming with an acceleration in the Spirit.There were several people that came to my mind after i saw this also, and "Jean C.", you were one of them.
But, i also know that this was meant for many others who are pressing into God and walking in His love towards the brethren. So i just praise God for what He is doing and is going to do. Blessings in Christ,

A small start-up bank in Elk River, Minnesota has seen 100 people accept Jesus Christ as their Lord during business hours. 70 people have been healed through prayer at this bank.
And the bank's deposits have ranked it as one of the fastest-growing start-up banks in the history of Minnesota. An assembly of teens at the Elk River high school was followed by an evening program where the Gospel was shared and resulted in amazing attendance of over 800 youth with over 100 making a commitment to Jesus Christ that night.
The mayor of Elk River publicly expressed her faith in Jesus Christ to a crowd of over 2,000 people representing every church in the city of Elk River. After the city newspaper wrote a frontpage story the following week with a direct quote from the mayor expressing her Christian faith, there was no negative backlash nor a single critical letter to the editor!

HEALING BEFORE MINISTRY

And after the whole nation had been circumcised, they remained where they were in camp until they were healed. - Joshua 5:8
Before the nation of Israel could go into the Promised Land they had to be circumcised. Circumcision is painful, bloody, and personal. God requires each of us to be circumcised in heart before we are allowed to enter and receive the blessings that await each believer in the Promised Land.
This circumcision can often be very painful. Circumcision requires losing our old way of life. The process of spiritual circumcision may mean a loss in areas that have been a part of our lives in order to draw us to the Savior. God understands this.
Consequently, like the people of Israel, we must wait until we are healed before we begin to be effective in our calling. If we launch out too early, we will be ineffective and may risk infection and disease and will not be at our full capacity.
God wants each of us to walk in His healing grace. The people of Israel fought only two battles when they were coming out of Egypt. In the Promised Land they fought 39 battles.
Each of us must be prepared to enjoy the benefits of living in the Promised Land. However, we must also be prepared to wage war against the enemy of our souls. Make sure the Lord has provided the needed healing to your circumcision experience before you enter the Promised Land.

FEARS THAT KEEP US FROM HIS PRESENCE

Then all the people of the region of the Gerasenes asked Jesus to leave them, because they were overcome with fear. So He got into the boat and left. - Luke 8:37
Jesus did many miracles when He lived on earth. One of those miracles involved the deliverance of a demon-possessed man. The people of the community witnessed this awesome demonstration of God's power when Jesus commanded the demon spirit to come out of the man and go into the herd of nearby pigs. The man was healed and sat at Jesus' feet.
You would expect the people who witnessed this to embrace Jesus as one performing good deeds and to honor Him. The opposite was true.
Instead, they were overcome with fear. Why? Many of us respond the same way to Jesus when He does an out-of-the-ordinary act among His people. We are fearful because we have never personally experienced this before. So, we draw wrong judgments.
The result is that Jesus removes Himself from us.The Lord is able to do far exceeding above what we think. Jesus does not remain in the places where there is fear of His goodness.
It is often subconscious fears that prevent us from going to a deeper level with Him. The people in Gerasenes could not benefit from Jesus' presence because of their fears.
Have you feared Jesus because of what He might require of you? Have you feared that He might ask of you something you are not prepared to give? Do not let your fears drive Him from your presence. His motive is always love for His children. You can trust Him.

VISITATIONS - AROUND 16 YEARS OF AGE

During my teen-age years i had more supernatural encounters with God where He took me into His Glory and showed me things that have changed my life forever.
I was 16 years old and was going through a difficult time of depression. It had gotten to the point where i was desperately calling out to God in my suffering. The warfare and attacks going on in other areas of my life were so great that i was completely overwhelmed from this. I had no one else around me who could understand what i was going through.
Even at church, they did not understand or discern what i was going through. Mainly because when i was there, i did not come across as being a depressed person, so people really didn't think that i was suffering, although on the inside i was.
It seemed that during this time, my neighborhood friends were not really there for me either. So all that I could do was to cry out to God about my condition. I continued to do this until He finally did come to deliver me from this depression a few days later.
He came in a mighty visitation that completely set me free.I was laying upon my bed praying and crying out God this particular day, when suddenly the ceiling dissappeared when the glory of God appeared.
The strong arm of the Lord reached down out of the heavenly realm and pulled my spirit man right up out of my body into the shekinah glory of His presence. It was so bright that i could not look directly into it. I could only stand because of the ability that the Lord gave to me to do so.
At that time, i became aware of someone standing next to me on my left side. So i turned to look and it was Jesus standing there watching me. He gave to me that same look of fiery love and compassion that he had given once before at the age of twelve.
He took hold of my hand at that time and smiled at me. One thing i knew right then, was that i was completely delivered from depression because i was totally bathed and saturated with his holy presence and love.
During this encounter, the Lord took me into the midst of angelic heavenly music that was taking place in His presence. It was music unlike anything that i had ever heard on earth and was sung in a heavenly language.
It was like the angels were singing with one voice although i knew that there must have been millions of them. The harmony was so pure and perfect that you would not be able to distinguish how many of them were singing through human understanding. You just knew through the knowledge and understanding of the Spirit of God that they were.
As i listened to this angelic music, wave after wave of God's power and love surged through my entire being, and this did not stop until several days after this visitation. When this encounter ended, the next thing that i knew was that i found myself back on my bed at home.
After this particular experience, i was continually bathed in the presence of God and could still hear this angelic music in waves for several days. Praise God, i was freed from depression and it couldn't come back either.
ANOTHER ENCOUNTER WITH GOD
During that same time period a little later, there was another visitation. Where God literally carried me away in the Spirit to the harvest field in another nation which i knew to be Africa.
In the encounter, the Spirit of God took me and placed me upon a very large open air platform. At the time, i could see spiritually what was going on from several different demensions. At one point, i could look back at the platform from a front view while i was still standing there.
But i could not see myself at all. Why? Because Jesus was standing in front of me and all that the people could see was Him standing in front of me during this time of ministry.
As i was standing there, i knew that i was physically an older man in this vision. A man in his later years. During this vision, while standing there on this platform, the audible voice of God spoke to me twice in a commanding voice.
He first commanded me to point to the heavens and to command the rain to fall, ...then it fell upon the people there. The second command was to point to the heavens and to command the fire to fall from heaven... then it did also.
So, the Lord was showing me at the age of 16, that these are some of the things that He is going to have His people doing more of in the last days. These will be powerful signs and wonders that will follow the Word as the Spirit of God directs and commands.
I have already seen this happen through the years with the rain and the fire falling spiritually during times of ministry...and where the Lord just rained down in abundance upon the people in mighty ways. Then there have been those times where the fire is falling upon the people, a purifying fire of the Holy Spirit.
And this rain and fire is going to be manifested in more "visual ways" in the days to come, where everyone involved including those around the parameters of ministry such as unbelievers will be able to see it "visually" with their own eyes. Some may even call the fire department when this happens! :)

FACING THE DARK TIMES
(These are just a few short testimonials)
Later on in my adult years, i walked through the valley of the shadow of death and experienced a number of dark times in my life. I will not go into every detail as it might take a "notebook" to do that. :)
*I had lost everything that i owned (God gave it back in abundance)
*I had been robbed unknowingly until i found out soon after.(God returned it back many times over)
*I spent days treading through the freezing snow at 10-15 below zero. ( the Lord gave a new beautiful place to live with good heating)
*Had been falsely accused a number of times, mostly from religious spirited people who didn't even know me personally.(God has always gradually vindicated every situation)
*Set up by the enemy with jealous lies, gossip and slander influenced by the spirit of Jezebel. (In some cases there had been repentance from that...but most of the time God's righteous judgement comes upon those situations.... However, I just kept my hands off of it, didn't try to defend myself.... and let the Lord take care of it. You just bless them and move on)
Even during these situations, i usually had ministry engagements to go to which proved to be divine appointments and more powerful, even so.
*When i didn't have a car overseas, he gave me a driver who drove a new late model luxury car, who offered to be my driver to appointments and engagements. (A church paid him to do it without me knowing at the time) In the midst of these things God still does powerful and wonderful things when we give our lives for Him.
*I lost my only child (my son) that was to be born, (but the Lord gave to me a number of spiritual sons and daughters during that time period.)
*I was almost killed several times overseas by dangerous gangsters, (but he delivered me from those horrible times that took place in my life.) And there have been more types of incidents since. But God is always faithful!!
What i have shared with you here is only a "drop in the bucket" of what takes place in the lives of those who are obedient and determined to serve God at any cost.
Each time, He came to my rescue as the greatest friend that a man could ever have and i have been walking and abiding in Him ever since ...also having a thankful heart to Him for all of the difficult times in my life.
He still continues to be my dearest friend and has always delivered me from various dangerous or risky situations that i have found myself in.
But even if He did not come through for me in some of those situations, i will still love Him and serve Him, just the same.If He doesn't work things out one way, then that means that He has a better way in store for you.
So if any of these things ever happen to you, then know that He will be your God, your father, your greatest friend and Deliverer too. Just trust Him completely with your life and use the faith that He has already given to you.
You don't need to pray for more faith, but to use that faith that you already have. He will never let you down when you place your full trust in Him !!!

REMEMBERING MY BEGINNINGS IN CHRIST
I started out as a barefoot, misunderstood, awkward, struggling twelve year old boy without hope, who God placed a unique pair of shoes on ... that he would later take as a representative to the nations for Him.
Its not about me at all, but it is all about bringing glory to the one who gave His life for me. The one who delivered me from the jaws of hell, death and destruction.It's all for Him. He's my dearest friend, my deliverer and the love of my heart and soul. His name is Jesus and He is the King!

About one week after i had accepted the Lord at the age of twelve, i had a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ in an open vision. It couldn't have been a dream because i was wide awake when this happened while laying upon my bed.
I was carried away by the Spirit of God and was sat down beside a large lake which had still waters and green pastures all around. While there, the Holy Spirit began to teach me using simple illustrations that a young 12 year old boy could understand.
I can still recall the stillness that was upon the lake with it's crystal water's reflection. I was so filled with an awesome sense of the peace of God that surpassed all human understanding.
Then suddenly, i had a knowing that God had brought me to this place to reveal Himself to me and to teach me things that i needed to know while also showing me some of the the things to come in my life.
During a dark time that came in this vision, he allowed me to also experience what utter hopelessness was like and i also experienced the different types of emotions and despair that are encountered by those in deep, desperate need.
I remember feeling what it was really like to be totally lonely without a friend in the world.Then, He began to show to me ahead of time the great trials that were to come, but He also let me know that He would be with me through them all.
He showed me that whatever happened, He would never leave me nor forsake me, but would go with me, even to the ends of the earth.In this vision, the sky grew terribly dark and everything around me became very gray and gloomy. Black clouds filled the sky where i was and the waters on the lake in front of me began to toss, to and fro.
As i sat there observing what was going on and what was to happen next, a feeling of great hopelessness had encompassed my entire being, yet i did know that the Lord would come to rescue me in the midst of all of this. I knew in my heart that all of my faith was in Him and in no other.
Then suddenly moments later, i heard the sound of a heavenly trumpet blast and looked up at the black clouds where the blast had come from.
Then the radiance of the Glory of God burst through those dark clouds and i saw the brightness of our Lord Jesus Christ expell all of the darkness in a moments time.As i sat there, i watched the Lord in His radiant appearing, descending out on the lake in front of me.
In the vision, He let me know that in answer to His call, he was first going to teach me how to walk by faith and not by sight. Walking by faith is walking straight towards Christ with your eyes focused directly on Him.
And this includes walking through great trials and the difficult circumstances of life no matter what may come our way.He also let me know, that there would be many tremendous storms to weather through, with rough and deep waters to pass through.
But no matter what, He would be not only be living inside of me, but would also be standing right in front of me with out-stretched arms, ready to embrace me. He would always be right there, ready to deliver me from any situation and to guide me through this life.
Then in the vision, He called me by name and the Spirit of God stood me up and sat me upon my feet. He then commanded me to walk out on the waters of the lake to Him. As i took my first step, i looked into that radiant face of Jesus from where i was, which i knew would keep me on top of the water.
I could feel the coolness of the water under my feet as i began to walk towards Him. In order for me to walk upon the surface of the waters, i had to continue to keep my eyes fixed upon His glorious face.At that point of the vision, i fully understood what the walk of faith was really all about.
I had to keep my eyes off of the waters and the turbulance of the waves that were still moving around me. I had to keep my eyes fixed on Him at all times in order to make it where He was compelling me to come to on the waters of life.
That was such a simpler lesson to learn when i could actually see and know what He wanted me to do. The real test in life however, is when you go through those times where you can't understand or see clearly what is going on in your life yet, you will still trust God regardless of what may happen.
Nevertheless He has provided to us the power, faith and grace to overcome in life through His Holy Spirit.There was one time in the vision where i did actually look down at the waters around my feet and i sunk down to knee deep level.
But when i looked back into the face of Christ, i once again found myself walking upon the surface of the waters. At that time, i knew that i would not allow anything to distract me from focusing upon that glorious face of Christ.
From that point on, all that i wanted to do was to keep my eyes fixed straight upon Him and to not glance back at the water that i was treading upon or the waves that were still tossing around me.
As i slowly walked towards Him step by step, I was overwhelmed with an increase of His power and anointing that was coming upon me. I was bathed and filled afresh with the most wonderful peace, joy and happiness that was beyond earthly description.
His peace and joy was deeper than what any human being could possibly understand or describe.Then as i came closer, his appearance was so awesome and beautiful beyond description because of the radiance of the glory of God that shone from His face and garments.
He was clothed in pure glistening white all the way down to His feet and was wearing a sort of golden sash across his chest area which is spoken of in the book of revelations as a golden girdle.
In this vision, because of the glory of God that shone forth from Him, i
could not see where His hair was brown or black as depicted in Sunday School pictures because He didn't look as depicted in those pictures....but His hair appeared white as snow due to the glory of God that shone forth from Him .
I knew that i was not looking at Jesus in His earthly appearance, but was seeing the triumphant, glorified and ascended Christ who shone as the brightness of the sun in strength.
His eyes were as pools of fire that pierced right through me, yet radiating with a tremendous love and compassion that was also beyond human understanding and description.
As i continued looking at Him, his eyes let me know what He was thinking about me. They let me know just how much He really loved me and that He fully understood everything about me. He let me know that He deeply loved me in spite of my short-comings, faults and failures.
He also let me know, that He knew me better than i knew myself and was fully aware of everything that concerned my life then and also for the future. I was constantly aware of what Christ wanted me to know by looking into His eyes.
He actually spoke His thoughts, words and desires into my being by looking at me with those powerful and fiery eyes of His compassion.He also let me know that He had chosen me from the foundations of the world.
He made it so plain to me, that even when others did not understand me, that He had a wonderful plan for my life and that His Holy Spirit would be my personal teacher from that day on. He would be the one who lead me and guide me into all truth.
He also made it known to me that He did not want me to become spoiled by man-made theology and religion which doesn't profit a man. But that i was to be His student in the school of His Holy Spirit.
As i took my final step closer to Him, He embraced me and i became one with Him, for i saw Him as He really was. I saw myself die that day and watched as my physical body sunk down into the lake in this vision. My spirit man was in the state of complete fulfillment and constant rejoicing when this happened, for i had been united with Christ.
So through this great experience, he taught me a number of things about the Christian experience and the faith walk in Him. I have not mentioned everything in the vision here, but have only brought out the parts of it i sensed that the Lord would have me to share with you today.
He showed me my relationship with Him in a simple way that i could understand as a twelve year old boy. And through the years, His training has continued on until this very day.
I have attended Bible School, other ministry training courses along with other earthly schools in my life, but nothing can ever compare with the training that you receive from the School of the Holy Spirit.
He is the one who is your primary teacher in life. He will teach you powerful revelation of the Word which brings life and change to those who will receive it and walk in it. Nothing is ever dry or life-less from Him!
Nothing could ever be greater than to be taught by God's Holy Spirit and He'll teach you the truth every time. Then, you wont have to unlearn alot of the Theology that so many men of God have had to unlearn in order to come into the true untainted revelation knowledge of the Word of God.
God does gives to us anointed teachers who are men (or women) in the body of Christ, yet the Holy Spirit is still our primary teacher who will not only show you the real rhema truth of His Word, but will also teach you through your experiences in life as well.

THE VISITATION
written by L.D. at the age of 12
I was sitting by a lake in a field far away
Happy with the peace of God within.
And then a storm rose up
And there i was helpless
Battling a strong, forceful wind.
The storm grew so dark
The waters, so rough
I knew there was no hope for me.
But then the fierce storm broke
There came a ray of hope
And there through the darkness i could see.
I heard a trumpet sound
I saw the Lord descend
He came to the rescue like a friend.
He stood out on the lake
And said come unto me
I walked out on the water faithfully.
He stretched out His arms
Just as i approached
Great joy beamed from His face.
He embraced me in His arms
and then my body sunk
My spirit rejoicing full of grace.
